New Construction inspection includes Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing and Air Conditioning/Ventilation. The exterior includes landscaping, driveway, walkway, grading, drainage, wall covering and roofing. Interior inspection includes cracks in drywall, doors sticking, built-in appliance, bathrooms, kitchen, floors, walls and windows.  We will compile our findings into an easy-to-understand report which will include detailed descriptions and digital photos.
