Julian our lead inspector born and raised in Las Vegas, Nevada has over 17 years of experience in new home quality assurance and construction development. Starting in 2005 as warranty representative for the nation's largest home builder. Julian has performed over 9000 inspections in new home construction in Las Vegas and surrounding areas and was later promoted to Quality Assurance Manager. The builder fully supported his pursuit in becoming a licensed home inspector also investing in continuing education. The expertise at First Consult Home Inspection has been earned over many years of hard work and dedication which will reflect in each inspection ensuring our client's are first.
Our inspectors are looking for anything they can see out in the open that is out of place, but the real work for our inspector's is behind the scenes, where it tends to be more then surface-level inspection of a home component, functionality or space. A professional home inspector is to investigate in-depth and compile inspection findings, spend time researching, then write a report on these discrepancies.
At First Consult Home Inspection we provided a complete visual inspection of the property and system components. Our inspection is to educate our clients about current conditions of the property. First Consult Home Inspection Members are licensed, insured and nationally certified.
